It did not work to make this section interactive as there was too much junk that came to the pages. Thus, I will use it as a classified section if you are looking for information or have an extra set of something related to microwave-convection cooking available. E-mail me with your requests and I will post the information. I will put a few postings here to start with and wait for you to contact me with more. Ideas of things that could be included besides questions would include equipment such as racks and/or turntables you'd like to sell or that you are looking to purchase. Just go to the Contact page to pass along or request information.

Technical Questions/Answers:

I want to replace my over the range microwave oven with a microwave-convection oven. The dealer told me it would be costly because of the special venting required?

Most microwave-convection ovens can be vented outside and this does require extra venting if it is not already included. However, the most popular and least expensive ways is to have them vent into the room with the air re-circulated through a filter. Generally, the main tasks are to attach the support piece that the oven hangs on and be sure the electrical circuit is adequate. The oven can plug into the existing outlet used for the microwave.
