The cheesecake shown on the home page is from the Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe on page 94 of On The Go Microwave-Convection Cooking. It’s delicious. One comment was that even though it is a cheesecake, it tastes very much like pumpkin pie. Another said, the flavor blend is perfect! Enjoy!
